Cluster headache (CH) is a type of primary headache, that pain is not a symptom of another disease but it is himself the disease. It is characterized by a succession for weeks or months of very intense, unilateral (always on the same side, with rare exceptions), cluster attacks which can be repeated several times in twenty four hours. Sometimes the cluster can be chronic if there aren’t remission’s periods during the year.
